These terms apply when you hire Elites Digital for website management, SEO, blog automation, or AI automation services. We've kept them in plain English on purpose.

Our services

We design, host, and maintain business websites; provide search engine optimization; run automated blog publishing; and build AI automation for businesses. The specifics of what's included in your plan are described on this site and confirmed with you before you're billed.

Billing

• Website plans are billed monthly through Stripe: the Basic plan at $60/month (managed website) and the Growth plan at $87/month (everything in Basic, plus local SEO and the automated SEO blog).
• Billing is month-to-month — there is no long-term contract.
• Any additional custom work is quoted and agreed on separately before any charge.

Cancellation

You can cancel anytime through our self-service cancellation page — no phone call required. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; you keep your service until then and won't be charged again.

Your content

Your business information, photos, and domain name always belong to you. Design work, hosting, and maintenance are provided as a managed service while your subscription is active.

What we promise — and what we can't

We work to keep your website online and your services running smoothly, and we fix problems promptly when they come up. SEO and marketing results depend on many factors outside anyone's control (competition, Google's algorithms, your market), so no ranking or revenue outcome can be guaranteed — anyone who guarantees you #1 on Google is not being honest with you.
